Creamy Bean Dinner Recipe:
- 1 can kidney beans (rinsed)
- 1 can red beans (or any other kind you like, rinsed)
- 1/2 cup hummus (any flavor)
- 2 tablespoons spicy mustard (optional)
- Toss together the beans, hummus and mustard. Serve with steamed veggies (from frozen section), add red pepper, and black pepper for an extra punch to the veggies!
