My philosophy on health:
Total health is the combination Mental Health, Social Health, Physical Health and Spiritual Health. Everyone, all around the world, must be in balance of these four aspects for total wellbeing and health.
Mental: self confidence, self motivation, positive energy control, attitude control, Learning, stress management
Social: public health and disease prevention, healthy family relationships, strong peer relationships.
Physical: exercise, nutrition, sleep, drug and alcohol intake control, weight management
Spiritual: love-based attitudes, values, beliefs, respect
My Specific nutrition/exercise Philosophy:
Slow down: Make the time for meal planning, cooking and eating at home. Know where your food comes from. Buy Local foods. Eat colorfully.
Speed up: Exercise daily. Physical fitness is a practice not a goal.
